Additionally, they are constructed of steel, aluminum, and titanium for superior durability. You can hide them so that it appears that you are not wearing any tactical gear in plain sight.
As with normal pens, tactical pens make it easy to write grocery lists. But it does much more than that. A typical tactical pen has pressurized cartridges and will come in handy in emergency situations where all other tactical gears are out of reach.

- An end with a blunt tip that can be used as a breaking tool.
- The pen is encased in a machined aluminum steel or aircraft-grade body that adds weight and increases its usability as a weapon
- Ordinary cheap pens are constructed from plastic with flimsy caps. A tactical pen is made of hardened metal, which is military grade. In addition to being discrete and having rigid handles, tactical pens are easy to hold.
- A writing instrument like a ballpoint pen is typically attached to one side of this weaponry. Other than the hardened, rounded tip, the pen also has a plastic body.
- As an alternative to carrying knives, a tactical pen can be used for self-defense. Unlike knives, this pen can be carried in situations where conventional weapons would not be ideal. This weapon penetrates and injures, punctures, and incapacitates
- Additionally, some have additional features like lights and lasers.
Although a tactical pen can be a deadly weapon in the hands of a skilled user, the use of a tactical pen does not require any specialized training.
